What we collect

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We do not use your information for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell it.

Photographs of your device

We photograph every repair at each stage. These photos are part of your job record and are kept private.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade your information. We share it only where it is needed to run the service:

How long we keep it

How we protect it

Please note: we cannot delete records we are legally required to keep, such as financial records, or the repair record that supports your warranty, until the relevant period has passed.
